I am thinking of adding a 'this is my favorite photo' for each person. Then on the main page, I could automatically update the images on the left of the screen. see www.monkeybrains.net if have failed to notice those pics. Are there any other features you would like, dear users?

You can lump a bunch of images into a .ZIP file and upload them enmass. The size limit for an upload is 10Megabytes. If you batch your photos to 700 pixels wide or so, you can fit roughly 100 photos in a 10MB ZIP file.
How is that for batchability? [NOTE: this has worked for a couple of years per another users request] -

It would be nice to see the most recent uploads on top of the list. . Not by quantitiy of images by most recent use. Is this possible.

Tue, March 30, 2004 - 4:32 PMI'd like to see a template for pages that let you rate content, such as pictures, or, in the case of my site, audio files. Something like how users at amazon.com can rate books from 1 to 5 stars and the average rating is computed and displayed. -

Most of what I want to do it does already. Just about the only thing I can think of is that I would like to be able to choose an image to be the sample thumbnail for an album without it having to be the first one in the order. Not a big deal but it'd be nice. -

A while ago (a few months ago?) I decided to keep the orginals on the server as well. So, if you uploaded higher res versoins, they are still kicking around on the server. Note to new template builders: add a button for 'Download hi res version'. The button would only be there if in fact there was a higher res version available.

That is a good idea. Not too hard to program. You are clever for figureing out that the first photo is, indeed, the one used to represent the album...
