This is an example of even more backroom dealing by Sophie Maxwell.
And yet it is beneficial to the character of the hill.

We dont need $900,000 condo's built on this hill. We dont need more "retail" like the starbucks at 16th street. If there were to be retail, I could tolerate more millionaire antique shops and auction houses but not much else.

A winery IS more in connection with the vibe of our hill. Providing jobs and character.

While a rezoning for condo/ strip center sprawl would only hurt us.

Yes we need more housing.
We need cheap housing.
Not housing that only a transplant can afford.
